What is Silben nano repair?
SILBEN nano repair®, a medicine in the form of a spray powder, thanks to its properties, acts as a protective barrier that prevents the softening of injured skin, especially in wounds with secretion, helps to re-establish a normal physiological state, which encourages natural skin renewal.
The barrier function is achieved by a combination of kaolin, starch and hyaluronic acid, where each ingredient has a specific effect.
High-purity silver is incorporated into the barrier formed by kaolin and hyaluronic acid, ensuring that it is resistant to the action of microorganisms, thus improving the wound protection effect.
Kaolin - acts as an absorbent material in wounds with exudate and, together with starch, controls its amount.
Hyaluronic acid - thanks to its ability to bind hydrophilic molecules, creates a thin moist film. Hyaluronic acid is an integral part of human skin.

When is Silben nano repair® used?
SILBEN nano repair® is a powder in a spray for local application, intended to create an effective barrier in the form of a film, it helps the natural wound healing process in two ways:
- by isolating the wound, it establishes a protective microenvironment around the injury, which is the perfect condition for rapid spontaneous healing;
- by limiting the penetration of microorganisms and antimicrobial activity, it creates the best conditions for tissue regeneration.

- cuts, torns, scratches
- wounds with increased secretion
- diabetic foot
- athlete's foot (tinea pedis)
- decubitus
- first and second degree burns

How is it used?
User guide:
- Clean and dry the injured area before use.
- Shake the bottle several times before use
- Spray a thin layer of the powder only on the injured area.
- Do not massage.
- Repeat the procedure twice a day.
